Honest about limits
9 front-ends, not 40. The deterministic build is text-only — media is opt-in. Every accuracy number is measured on a published corpus, or not claimed. Admitting boundaries is what makes the rest credible.
Provenance obsessed
If a tool can't tell you where an answer came from, we don't consider it finished.
Human in control
Autonomy without a gate is a liability. Ours always has one.
